Recovery sand/shot blasting Machine is a new type of recycling and environmental protection sand blasting machine designed by our company. It is widely used in the derusting and surface cleaning of steel structures in nuclear power, machinery, ships, bridges, railways, petroleum pipelines, boilers and port construction industries strengthening; and surface engraving and decorative treatment of metal, glass, stone, etc. This set of sandblasting equipment is powered by compressed air and uses corundum and steel shot abrasives as the medium to derust and beautify the surface of the workpiece. It has a wide range of applications and can process various materials with different effects. It does not require highly skilled skills, is easy to operate, has low processing costs, and enhances the high added value of the product. The surface cleaning quality can reach Asa2.5 ~ Asa3 level.

(II) Equipment Characteristics

1. The fundamental difference between this sand blasting machine and the traditional open sand blasting machine is that it can be automatically recovered. Sand blasting and recycling are carried out at the same time. The specially designed spray gun recycling head can be used to recycle the sand and the dust under grinding. After treatment, the sand is returned to the sand tank for reuse. The dust is recycled into the dust bucket. Using this machine can avoid the pollution of the dust to the environment and the harm to the workers' health.

2. Ultra-long recycling operation radius. The equipment uses a new type of sand recycling system. The sandblasting operation radius can reach 60 meters. The operation noise is small and the impact on the surrounding environment is small.

3. The use of the machine does not require additional ventilation equipment or special sandblasting room. It can be placed directly on the production site, using a mobile car rack, flexible and mobile, which can save production space and reduce investment.

4. The sand blasting machine is equipped with a special material pneumatic sand valve, which can adjust air flow and abrasive flow, so that the sandblasting can get the most reasonable gas-material mixing ratio, and improve the work efficiency and work quality.

The machine is also equipped with a filter element self-cleaning device, which is convenient to use and saves time and effort.
